Select from the Options menu of Netscape the preference window for helpers. The ISIS/Draw entry should be added as follows:

Subtype: x-mdl-molfile
Extensions: mol
Application: ISIS/Draw 1.2.1
File type: mMOL
Action: Launch Application
Other applications, such as ChemDraw, may also be launched in a similar way.
