It handles specially formatted text files, called hierarchical text files. The default files are shown in the file list on the left, and additional files may be obtained from the KEGG web server (or the iKeg server if it is installed). You may also prepare your own hierarchical text file for use in KegHier. ==Requirements Java 1.6 + ==Installation and Running Application a. Simply expand the KegHier archive file. b1. Start KegDraw by double clicking the KegHier bat / sh file (KegHier.bat / KegHier.sh). or b2. Start KegHier using the following command. > cd [Installation Directory] > ./KegHier.sh - You need to set the browser program path first time.
