Draw Phylogram generates a phylogenetic tree for a given set of amino acid sequence data using CLUSTALW and PHYLIP. The sequence data may consist of those selected from the KEGG GENES database by specifying the <org>:<gene> identifiers and/or locally stored sequence data in FASTA format. The maximum number of sequences that can be accepted is 50.
